Estate Planning includes understanding and analyzing a client's situation and intentions, and choosing appropriate Wills, Trusts, Community Property Agreements, Powers of Attorney, Directive to Physicians, and Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements along with other documents, as needed to effectuate the plans of the client. In over 28 years of private practice Mr. Osborn has prepared estate planning documents for a variety of clients with differing situations and needs, helping them create the individualized plans that will carry out their wishes.

Also, as a an experienced trial lawyer, he has the knowledge and experience from representing clients in Estate Litigation to know what to do when events do not transpire as hoped, i.e. when disputes end up in court. This includes traditional defense and prosecution in will contests, together with other current estate issues, involving matters such as Guardianship Proceedings, Absentee Estates, Wrongful Death Claims, Vulnerable Adult Protection Proceedings, Nursing Home Licensing and Liability Proceedings and other related actions.
