Craig Knapp is a trial lawyer and founding partner of Knapp & Roberts in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he serves as the firm’s lead counsel. His practice is dedicated to representing plaintiffs in cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury. Many of his cases include representing victims of abuse and neglect that has occurred while staying in a long-term care facility such as a nursing home, assisted living home, or group home. Craig Knapp is a graduate of Arizona State University (B.S. 1986), Saint Louis University (J.D. 1990) and the University of Arizona, (M.B.A. 1992). He has been a guest lecturer at Arizona State University College of Law and has taught continuing legal education courses. Craig Knapp was also named a Southwest Super Lawyer in 2011.

Knapp has successfully litigated many multimillion-dollar cases. In 2004, a Maricopa County jury returned a $45.5 million verdict in a case in which a 26-year-old woman with severe developmental delays drowned while under the care of a group home. He also obtained an $11 million verdict in 2009 in a wrongful death case which occurred at an assisted living facility.
